In this subprocess, we deal with the process of Problem Handling. This is where we support Problem Handling.

In this subprocess, the play is divided in several parts:

  1. Administrative Tools. This is where participants utilize common operations
  2. Problem Responsibilites. This where problems are assigned to reviewers.
  3. Problem Reviews and Recommendations. This where problems are reviewed and candidate solutions are proposed.
  4. Selections. This where solutions are selected.
  5. Notifications. This where submittors are notified of the status of their submissions.
  6. Analysis. This where participants use report tools.

3. Documents

In this subprocess, we have the following document types:

Problems. These are used to represent the problems.
Problem Assignments. These are used to represent the assignments of the problems.
Candidate Solutions. These are used to represent the candidate solutions for the problems.
Selected Solutions. These are used to represent the selected.solutions for the problems.
Notifications. These are used to represent the customer notifications for the solutions for the problems.


4. Guidelines

In this subprocess, we have the following Guidelines:

Problem Handling Manager . This is the person managing the Review and Selection subprocess.
Distribution Facility Manager. This is the person managing the Distribution Facility.
Requestor. This is the person requesting the problem-solution.
Reviewer. This is the person reviewing the problem-solution.
Problems-Solutions Agent. This is the person managing the Problems-Solutions interaction.
Overall Organizations Manager. This is the person managing all the organizations.
Organization Manager.This is the person managing an organization.
Subprocess Manager. This is the person managing a subprocess.
